Cute Kid Can't Sing Happy Birthday

For reasons unknown this kid isn't going to sing out Happy Birthday (to Rosie). Generally if I had to perform Happy Birthday to Roseanne Barr, this could probably be my response as well. It seems like that some mascot in the background is distracting him, then again makes this video comical, I believe in you little guy!
